	The Plants of Merit program, sponsored by the regional green community and industry, is an educational/outreach program developed by Missouri Botanical Garden in partnership with Powell Gardens and University of Missouri Extention to promote "responsible diversity" with underused reliable non-invasive plants in this region for the home landscape.
