Be a vendor at the Mission: Clean Stream/GM Earth Day Event on April 2, 2016. This year the festival will be held at Rotary Park, 2577 West Meyer Road, Foristell, MO 63348. We are looking for qualified vendors, including:

  • Special activities targeted at families with young children
  • Environmental education
  • Hands on environmental activities
  • Up-cycled and recycled art
  • Green living demonstrations
  • Green living products
  • Hands on activities relating to clean water or environmental issues
  • Recycling, water quality, renewable energy

Applications are accepted until all slots are filled.  We will contact you within 2 weeks of your application or March 14 whichever comes first.

The Green Heroes program offers an incentive to volunteers that visit participating vendors.  If you want to participate, you will be given beads to give to visitors to your booth.  When the visitors (participants) have collected all of the beads, they will use them to redeem a prize at the Living History booth.  Please check the appropriate box on the vendor application form.  Also, if you can donate prizes, that would be greatly appreciated. Again, please check the appropriate box on the form.

This festival will be in conjunction with Mission: Clean Stream, an event that sends over 1,000 volunteers out across St. Charles County to clean trash from our rivers and streams. The festival grounds will be one of the larger rendezvous sites and will be the site of the luncheon for all of the volunteers. This means that there will be two waves of attendees. The first wave will be during registration 8 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. and a second wave around 11 a.m. as M:CS volunteers return. Between those waves, we will be focusing on activities for individuals unable to get into the streams, children too young to participate, and others attending the festival that are generally interested in learning more about M:CS and Earth Day.

  • Vendors must be approved by the M:CS/GM Committee.
  • Space for accepted vendors will be assigned on a first come first served basis.
  • Booths can be set up from 7:30 - 8 a.m.
  • Booths must be staffed and in place from 8 am – 2 pm of the festival.
  • Vendors will need to provide your own tables and chairs.
  • In the event of inclement weather, the event may be cancelled.
  • Vendors must comply with all State, Local and Federal rules and regulations.
  • Vendors are expected to keep their space clean and to remove all items and trash at the time the event closes.
  • Vendors making sales are responsible for all taxes on their merchandise. Please include your taxpayer identification number on your application. If you do not have a taxpayer identification number you will be provided with a valid copy of the concessionaire’s report and a tax table at the festival.
  • Food may not be sold without making prior arrangements with Greenway Network. Food vendors will have to conform to all local regulations and standards including permits and insurance. Food vendors are responsible for obtaining their own permits from the Health Department.
  • Vendors requiring electricity or water must make the request at the time of their application and submit the appropriate fees as indicated on the registration form. Access to utilities is limited. Electricity and water usage must conform to code requirements including proper extension cords and hoses. Specific requirements will be sent once service has been requested.
  • After approval, vendors can email a high resolution vector file of their logo and a link to their webpage or other social media outlets to greenwaynetwork@gmail.com for inclusion in qualifying promotional materials.
  • All materials are expected to be appropriate for a broad audience and as environmentally-friendly as possible. You may be asked to hide or remove merchandise deemed offensive or inappropriate.
  • Due to the generous donation of the venue, there will be no registration fee but registration is required to participate. Contributions to Greenway Network's clean water programming will be greatly appreciated.
